About Me

Hello, I'm Nikki a state certified Birth Doula, and assistant to a local midwife who also offer placenta encapsulation services. Placenta consumption has many potential benefits for postpartum moms that support a more positive postpartum experience.      I'm currently serving clients in Roanoke, Virginia and surrounding area. I help women embark on their birthing journey with education, planning and preparation for thire birth. I use gental breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, aromatherapy and, acupressure to support clients throughout labor and delivery. What I Offer

As your Doula I provide you and your partner with care, understanding, information and support before and after birth. Our initial meeting will help me tailor my packages to fit your needs. I strongly believe that an expecting mother deserves personalized support throughout pregnancy and labor. I do not want anyone to be held back by the inability to pay full package price. Discounts may apply and will be discussed at initial visit before contract signing.

*2-4 prenatal visits 
*One on one labor preparation
*Help writing a birth plan
*On call for the birth starting at 36 weeks until birth of baby
*24/7 access to communicate with me Via call, text, or email
*1 Postpartum visit
*Initial breastfeeding support
**Medicaid covered doula services are slightly different than the above information. 


Total Cost For These Services Out of Pocket Pay (non Medicaid): $1000,This includes a $400 retaining fee at first visit. Then $300 at the next 2 prenatal visits. Final payment due no later than 36 weeks gestation when I then go on call for the birth.
* Extended distance free of $75 for over 45 minutes travel from home location. 

Prenatal visits are typically done in clients home or in a public location.
